Her dedication To yoga is amazing. She creates a lesson that is unique to you and is knowledgeable about the different yoga styles.

Her expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
