The Chakras video series contains 7 videos. This includes six 60-minute vinyasa flow style classes and one 30-minute yoga nidra class. It is a set price video series and you will have access to all of them all for £30, all at once, forever. 

 

Please make sure you watch the Class 0: Introduction video as it will introduce the theme and guide you through how to set up and find the appropriate props around the house. It is also important to go through the classes in order, as the Chakras make most sense if practised that way.

The videos do not have music included. This is in order to give you freedom to choose how you would like to practice on any given day. You can access and browse through my Spotify account here for a playlist you like. I have, however, included some recommended playlists in the video descriptions.
