About the event
Escape from limiting beliefs and immerse yourself in the raw beauty of Loch Tay. Our retreat invites you to reconnect with nature, your inner strength, and a supportive community.
Here’s what awaits you:
Yoga: Led by experienced instructors, Enikő & Hazel, you will be guided through various styles of yoga over the weekend including empowering Vinyasa, traditional Hatha, relaxing Yin, Yoga Nidra, and a Sound Bath. These classes will be held inside the Big Shed and all materials and props will be provided.
Breathwork: Wim Hoff style breathwork sessions will prepare your body and mind for cold water exposure. The conscious use of breath can facilitate the release of stored trauma, emotions, and limiting beliefs.
Cold Water Immersion: Dip into waterfalls and the loch’s icy embrace, hand-in-hand with the supportive community sharing our retreat. Feel your resilience grow as you emerge, invigorated and alive.
Hillwalking Adventures: Traverse trails, and enjoy Scottish summer scenery. Each step reminding you: You are a warrior, capable of overcoming any challenge.
Camping: Gather around the campfire, sharing stories, songs and laughter. Let the earth cradle you to sleep, under a starry night sky.
About your facilitators:
Eniko Zsemberi - Yoga Instructor
My name is Eniko, I am a 500E-RYT qualified yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing in Mallorca and India. I regularly teach vinyasa and yin yoga on my schedule and I hold regular sound journeys coupled with yoga Nidra in and around Edinburgh. I am also trained in Reiki (lvl 1).
I am an avid Ashtanga practitioner and when I’m not in the mysore room practising, you may find me on a hill befriending a horse, petting a stranger's dog, or excitedly fondling some moss. Other times I am likely to be found sipping at a long black in an artisan cafe, probably engrossed in a book that facilitates my favourite activity: pondering about existence.
I am looking forward to sharing with you my inextinguishable passion for all the things this retreat is: yoga, nature, community and engaging with this one precious human life in a joyful and meaningful way. My intention is to give you insight into yoga’s ability to empower you, by making you tread the limits of your comfort zone with skill and awareness. Throughout the retreat I will encourage you to open up to new experiences, as well as to facilitate your curiosity to take off the ‘old lens’, and find a new way of perceiving something that you have perhaps done many times before.
Hazel Watson - Yoga Instructor & Cold Water Practitioner
I am a 200hr RYT Yoga & Meditation teacher, and I love to share my passion for yoga and nature with community. As well as sharing the gifts of yoga this weekend, I will also be delighted to offer a space of empowerment through cold water exposure, using breath and exercise. I’ll explain the physical and mental health benefits of this practice such as, awakening your inner animal, muscle recovery and boosting your immune system.
I’ve immersed myself in the practice of yoga for more than 15 years, both as a dedicated student and a passionate teacher. Recently, I have found a new calling in organising and hosting retreats. Creating a nurturing space for others to connect with themselves and rediscover their true essence brings me so much joy. Witnessing strangers come together, form deep connections, and forge lasting friendships, makes this experience feel truly magical.
