Yoga Jingle & Mingle: A merry little 'yoga party'

A delightful 75 minutes of warming vinyasa to fun tunes and a soothing yin accompanied by hand played Tibetan singing bowls. There will be breathwork and meditation themed around gratitude for our practice, our dedication and our community. Followed by chat & banter, and refreshments (mulled wine, tea, and wraps/sandwiches and cake).

This will take place instead of our regular Sunday evening class on 10th December.
