About the event
This 90-minute workshop will guide you through powerful hip-opening poses to release stored tension and boost mobility and build the strength of the pelvic floor and hip supporting muscles.
I will share practical tips and techniques to help with hip opening (flexibility) and hip stability (strength).
By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how to maintain proper alignment in your hip opening poses. This workshop is designed with 2 purposes in mind: 1) It will give you techniques to create space and flexibility in your hips in case of tightness and lack of mobility and 2, It will teach you how to keep the hips under control in case of hypermobility.
You will leave feeling more open, balanced, and relaxed—both physically and mentally. You will feel lighter and more flexible, with a renewed spring in your step.
