Friday Night Sound & Sauna: A sound bath experience with Eniko bringing you to deep relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls, followed by silent time in the detoxifying heat of the sauna.
We will split into two groups and swap over, if you have a preference as to Soundbath or Sauna first please let us know on the day and we will try to accommodate this.
Schedule: 5.50pm arrival, 6-6.45pm sound bath, 6.45-7pm change and refreshments, 7-8pm sauna.
